About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Customer Success Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX Spain S.L.U. in Barcelona. As a key member of our Cloud Customer Success team, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, designing scalable regional operational processes, and providing strategic support to drive success across our Cloud portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and design central operations to support TD Cloud Business.
  • Provide operational support to drive success across the Cloud portfolio, including innovative end-to-end monetization models.
  • Design an intentional end-to-end customer experience to enable all key customer touchpoints.
  • Onboard, educate, and create adoption for customers, acting as a customer advocate with proactive engagement.
  • Review existing processes and provide advice in specialized subject areas as necessary.
  • Document all processes to ensure homogeneous and up-to-standard service levels.
  • Act as the business owner for operations system enablement.
  • Manage constant communication with countries and other stakeholders around processes.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms.
  • Solid understanding of vendor dynamics within the distribution channel.
  • Strategic and analytical skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Comfortable working in an international results-driven project organization.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Project experience managing customer success software and tools.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills in English & Spanish.
  • Excel Intermediate Skills.
  • Experience with the IT distribution industry will be a plus.
