Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Success Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our EMEA Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth with our subscription customers across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize customer success through proactive engagement and support.
  • Attain a minimum of 100% of goals for customer check-ins, customer adoption, and renewal rates.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and data.
  • Act as the customer's advocate, engaging other departments within Nutanix when necessary, to ensure successful resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity, including customer and internal calls, meetings, and customer research.

About You:

  • Experience in high-tech customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success, Technical Support, or Sales.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic would be an advantage.
  • Must have permission to work in Spain/EU.
  • Experience working with software subscription customers.
  • Proven track record of overachieving in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of data center technologies, including virtualization, storage, servers, security, Cloud, and networking.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Support.
