Customer Success Technical Specialist

As a Customer Success Technical Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals by providing expert technical support and guidance on our solution's key features.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Integration:
Collect and integrate client data from various sources, including banks and accounting tools, to ensure seamless data import into Agicap. - Team Building and Knowledge Management:
Contribute to the growth and development of the Customer Success Technical team by training new members on data integration processes and creating a library of best practices and key processes. - Product Development:
Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize customer data integration features and banking aggregations, providing structured and quantitative feedback to drive product innovation.
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in engineering or business, excellent Excel skills, and experience in automating data processing. If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you
