Misiones- Desarrollar y implementar estrategias para retener y afianzar la relación con nuestros clientes.
- Proporcionar soporte y asistencia técnica para garantizar el uso óptimo de nuestra plataforma.
- Identificar y analizar problemas de los clientes para contribuir al desarrollo de producto.
- Proponer servicios personalizados para incrementar el valor para nuestros clientes.
- Experiencia en puestos similares en la industria de la gestión de recursos humanos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y de resolución de problemas.
- Energía positiva y disposición para aprender y crecer.
