We are the largest digital healthcare platform in the world, connecting over 30 million patients to more than 2 million healthcare professionals. Our mission is to make healthcare more human, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Revenue Operations professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will analyze revenue operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement, oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools, and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis: Utilize data to support decision-making and project initiatives.
  2. System Management: Ensure revenue operations systems support global operations and are utilized effectively.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects.
  4. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations.
  5. Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  6. Training & Support: Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
