Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Director to lead the implementation of our global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy in our CRM system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and reporting on field data to drive Sales Force Effectiveness globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global SFE strategy, working closely with our Global Data & Analytics team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Regional Commercial Heads to develop clear SFE strategies, including country-level targeting, call planning, KPIs, objectives, and incentives.
  • Drive change management initiatives to implement our SFE strategy locally with our sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure consistency in business inputs and outputs, and how data is entered and organized in our CRM systems.
  • Lead the global rollout of our standardized CRM solution (Veeva Core) along with SFE dashboards across markets.
  • Work with our Global Data & Analytics team to define SFE KPIs and continuously enhance tracking SFE & Sales KPIs in global dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities for improving salesforce effectiveness internally and inform solutions to drive field impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, including marketing analytics, sales analytics, promotion response modeling, ideally in life sciences or B2B environment.
  • Business partnering, stakeholder management, and ability to drive change.
  • Experience in leading global CRM implementation programs (ideally Veeva CRM).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate analytical insights and findings into realistic, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple vendors, responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and across multiple geographies/cultures.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex and technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences, including senior management.
