We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy and implementation. As Global CRM Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving sales performance through effective customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement SFE Strategy: Work with global business units and markets to define HCP engagement strategies, develop clear SFE strategies, and drive change management to implement locally.
- Standardize CRM Solution: Lead the global rollout of a standardized CRM solution (Veeva Core) and SFE dashboards across markets.
- Enhance CRM Capability: Work with global stakeholders to define key enhancements to the CRM capability and establish releases for continuous improvements.
- Automate SFE Processes: Identify opportunities for improving salesforce effectiveness internally and inform solutions to drive field impact.
- Predict and Communicate Downstream Impact: Predict and communicate downstream impact on sales operations from targeting and alignment changes.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, including marketing analytics, sales analytics, promotion response modeling, ideally in life sciences or B2B environment.
- Business Partnering: Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and ability to drive change.
- Global CRM Implementation: Experience in leading global CRM implementation programs (ideally Veeva CRM).
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to translate analytical insights and findings into realistic, actionable recommendations.
- Initiative and Collaboration: Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple vendors, responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously, with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
