About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global CRM Director to lead the implementation of our global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and reporting on field data to drive Sales Force Effectiveness globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global SFE strategy, including defining KPIs, goals, targets, call plans, and incentive plans across key markets.
  • Work with external partners and internal IT and business partners to rollout a centralized CRM and SFE dashboards in collaboration with our Global Data & Analytics team.
  • Define HCP engagement strategy in CRM based on adoption ladder and segmentation per GBU/Brand.
  • Develop clear SFE strategy with country-level targeting, call planning, KPIs, objectives, and incentives, including multi-channel engagement approach leveraging virtual solutions within the CRM.
  • Drive change management required to implement this locally with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure consistency in business inputs and outputs, and how data is entered and organized in the CRM systems.
  • Lead the global rollout of standardized CRM solution (Veeva Core) along with SFE dashboards across markets.
  • Work with GBU's, markets, and global stakeholders to define key enhancements to the CRM capability and establish releases for continuous improvements.
  • Define SFE KPI's and work on continuous enhancement of tracking SFE & Sales KPI's in global dashboards.
  • Lead initiatives that help in automating key SFE processes such as call planning and segmentation & targeting by running RFP's, identifying right vendors, and running global implementations of such solutions.
  • Work with Regions and global stakeholders to define enhancements to the CRM depending on business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for improving salesforce effectiveness internally and inform solutions to drive field impact; work with regional business unit heads to implement improvements.
  • Predict and communicate downstream impact on sales operations (Incentive Compensation, Alignment operations, reporting, etc.) from targeting and alignment changes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role including marketing analytics, sales analytics, promotion response modelling, ideally in life sciences or B2B environment; consulting experience highly preferred.
  • Business partnering, stakeholder management, and ability to drive change.
  • Experience in leading global CRM implementation programs (ideally Veeva CRM).
  • Strong Business Acumen and ability to translate analytical insights and findings into realistic, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple vendors, responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and across multiple geographies/cultures.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex and technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences, including senior management.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in capability building, leading to execution in market.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile Project management/time-management skills.
