About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global CRM Director to lead our Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy and implementation across the globe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving sales performance through the effective use of our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement SFE Strategy: Work with our Global Business Units (GBUs) and markets to define a comprehensive SFE strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead Global CRM Implementation: Oversee the rollout of our standardized CRM solution (Veeva Core) and SFE dashboards across markets, ensuring consistency and standardization.
  • Drive Change Management: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to implement changes required to support the SFE strategy, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Define and Track KPIs: Work with our Global Data & Analytics team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales and SFE metrics in our global dashboards.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improving salesforce effectiveness, working with regional business unit heads to implement improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in marketing analytics, sales analytics, and promotion response modeling.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems, data analytics, and project management tools.
