Job Opportunity for Sales Manager in Spain

Our client, a leading high-tech enterprise, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the company's product sales in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to achieve sales and business growth objectives
  • Manage channel conflict and foster excellent communication internally and externally
  • Closely work with channel partners to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Deploy, direct, and execute winning sales opportunities
  • Analyze customer demands and develop project proposals based on customer needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • Proven work experience in sales and marketing in Spain in IT, software solution, innovative equipment, or financial equipment
  • Extended experience in channel/sales management, customer relationship development & management
  • Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet travel requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English
