Country Sales Manager for Spanish and Portuguese Markets

Job Overview:

Travel Recruiter is seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the airline industry and experience in managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales strategies and activate sales & marketing plans
Maintain regular contact with customers through visits, email, or telephone/Teams communications
Represent the company at local trade fairs and events
Analyze local market trends and identify new business opportunities
Negotiate with potential partners and work internally with other office teams
Regularly report to the Regional Director

Requirements:

Airline or Travel Industry Sales experience
Experience in managing a team and high communication skills
Cheerful and positive attitude, while being respectful and professional
Expert user in Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills)
Ability to analyze local market trends and identify new business opportunities
Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational aptitude
High level of fluency in English (Portuguese knowledge is an advantage)
Strong sales skills and a proven track record in the local Spanish and Portuguese travel industry
