Job Description:

Role Summary: As Assistant Director of Leisure Sales, you will be responsible for fostering business growth and executing sales strategies tailored to the leisure segment. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong, secure, and productive business relations, achieving leisure rooms' revenues targets in line with the S&M budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted offers to specific markets, coordinating peak booking campaigns.
  • Stay well-versed in hotel offerings, rates, and promotions, actively promoting our services and amenities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to recommend tactics and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Drive leisure sales through various channels, including wholesalers, retailers, and consortia.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales calls.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to explore new markets and prepare compelling proposals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of administrative reports.

Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in leisure sales within a luxury hotel or resort is required. Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
