Job Title: B2B Tele-Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic B2B Tele-Specialist to join our dynamic team at Recruit4Work. As a B2B Tele-Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting businesses by phone to inform, inventory, and generate interest.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact businesses by phone to inform, inventory, and generate interest.
  • Work with pre-selected databases, former clients, existing clients, online leads, and more.
  • Establish quality phone contact to verify information, enrich data, call prospects, and schedule appointments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
  • Excellent social and phone skills.
  • Fluency in French and Dutch/Flemish, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Flexible, stress-resistant, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
