About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead our Self-Service Registered (SSR) Assisted program. This role will focus on providing account management support to customers through in-person calls to drive high-value actions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and product/program management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales agents worldwide to drive customer engagement and growth.
- Define use cases and roadmap for the AB SSR-A program, including new and existing customers.
- Report and optimize towards goals, priorities, and success metrics, developing the experimentation roadmap in line with the long-term vision.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for customer engagement and create content to educate agents and customers.
- Work with Product Managers to prioritize customer-specific needs for support that can be addressed with this program.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions globally.
- Apply learnings and insights to ongoing marketing measures or adjustments to the experimentation roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years' experience in project or program management, or related roles.
- Experience with SQL and ETL jobs, ability to generate insights from data.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
