Strategic Sales and Program Manager for Global Mass Account Growth

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Program Manager to lead the SSR-Assisted program, focusing on account management support for Amazon Business Customers. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of sales and product/program management expertise. Key responsibilities include:
* Indirectly managing a team of sales agents worldwide
* Defining use cases and roadmaps for the AB SSR-A program
* Reporting and optimizing towards goals, priorities, and success metrics
* Collecting and analyzing customer data to identify new opportunities for customer engagement
* Collaborating with Product Managers to prioritize customer-specific needs for support
* Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions globally
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have at least 6 years of experience in project or program management. Proficiency in SQL and ETL jobs, along with the ability to generate insights from data, is essential.
Estimated Salary Range: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate an annual salary of approximately $150,000 - $200,000 for this position, commensurate with experience. Please note that actual salaries may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
