Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to drive the growth of Korea-based strategic sellers on Amazon Global marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Korean market and be able to partner with sellers to maximize their presence and business on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with strategic sellers to grow their selections on Amazon and increase their business with profit.
  • Drive feature adoption rates to enhance the customer experience on Amazon.
  • Monitor seller performance and product quality to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and global business trends/events.
  • Show strong competency in delivering results, bias for action, diving deep, ownership, earning trust, and customer obsession.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Language qualification: Korean and English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
