Amazon is seeking an Account Manager to join its Marketplace Team in Munich, supporting Sellers in Austria & Switzerland. This role will be focused on contributing to business acquisition through building Selling Partner relationships, performing business evaluation and supporting their launch in the FBA program, making their range of products available to Amazon customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help selling partners recognize further potential and grow their businesses internationally, leveraging Amazon to expand their relevant product selection to customers.
- Manage a portfolio of selling partners, assist them with their setup and help them understand Amazon's services and tools to be more effective in building and managing their Amazon business.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators for your selling partner-portfolio, providing analysis into root causes for performance improvements.
- Obtain ongoing selling partner feedback to assess performance against objectives and drive seller satisfaction with Amazon.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
