We are seeking a skilled Global Business Development Strategist to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a key member of our Global Product Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability in the data center market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the data center market, including customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and building new ones to drive revenue growth.
  3. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry developments and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration). A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing and sales, preferably in the data center industry.
  3. Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
