Sales Professional for SMB Ecommerce Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Account Representative for Ecommerce solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products and services to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long and short-term goals, objectives, and quotas are met
- Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives
- Build forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis and provide a clear situation on the current situation of the client portfolio
- Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risk of churn and build an appropriate action plan
- Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high-performance goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 2-3 years of successful Inside Sales experience
- Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and possess sound phone skills
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment
- Native/Fluent German and business English; any additional European language is a plus

Estimated SalaryWe estimate the salary for this role to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
