At Johnson Controls International, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager IREF & HVAC to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify resale opportunities and support them to achieve sales plans.
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, and relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote company products.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience working in IREF/HVAC.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the IREF/HVAC industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluent English.
