Sales Manager IREF and HVAC Job Description

At Johnson Controls International, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our IREF and HVAC sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Identify resale opportunities and support them to achieve sales plans
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, and relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly
  • Participate in industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote company products
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience working in IREF/HVAC
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the IREF/HVAC
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Fluent English
