Sales Operations Manager

At SD Worx, we are committed to driving business growth and profitability through strategic sales operations. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Streamline and improve sales processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and generate insightful reports to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, working closely with sales leadership to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with training departments to design and implement sales training programs, ensuring sales representatives are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to enhance processes and achieve sales objectives.
- Document sales procedures and identify areas for improvement, supporting sales enablement to implement changes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in the development and management of the sales department budget, setting ACV targets in collaboration with market leaders and monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales operations or a related role for at least 5 years, preferably in the HR services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and reporting, with flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic, and international work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
