About the Role

Tetra Pak is seeking a highly skilled Business Control Manager to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our AM Business Control team, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering financial targets for our Additional Material business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and deliver on factory performance (KPIs) to ensure high-quality products at the lowest cost.
  • Manage factory finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals (expenses, depreciation, logistics, waste value, and other factory-related P&L or BS heads).
  • Lead and manage business control activities, including monthly closing, expense control, timely provisions, and stock check activities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and procedures, drive internal control monitoring, and manage local legal entity-related tasks.
  • Support product costing calculations and provide accurate inputs for product costing to CPCU.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of Business Control experience and a completed degree. You should be an expert on company tools for reporting and analyzing, drive a self-service mindset in the factory, and be comfortable with learning and applying existing tools (SAP, Excel, BO, Power BI, etc.) and learning new tools (S4Hana, PBI, project management, etc.).
