About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Click And Connect Online Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the Malaga region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Present and promote our financial services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
  • Monitor market changes and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
