Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service and Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional student experiences, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of our spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Support the full sales cycle, utilizing your upbeat and outgoing personality to drive student engagement and satisfaction.
- Space Management: Manage communication across the space and with students, ensuring seamless administrative tasks and a positive student experience.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of our spaces throughout the operational calendar and student lifecycle, from arrival to departure and summer turnaround.
- Customer Complaints and Feedback: Handle complaints and provide excellent student experiences, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and initiative, with the ability to be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Show high levels of organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Technical Skills: Possess intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems/databases.
- Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a strong cultural diversity awareness.
- Training and Development: Be willing to undertake training for Carbon Literacy and other relevant skills.
- Competitive Salary: EUR €18,000.00 per year.
