Sales Manager for Digital Ink Products in Spain and Portugal

Role Overview
Sun Chemical is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to maximize sales volume and gross margin across all digital ink product lines in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital textile and graphics markets and be fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients and execute sales strategies to enhance the brand's reputation within the territory.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with product offerings.
- Collaborate with the technical team and internal stakeholders to create multiple touchpoints with clients.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive territory coverage plan to efficiently manage all accounts and prospects.
- Forecast sales and prepare an annual sales budget for products within the territory.
- Participate in exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.
- Provide monthly activity reports to management, including competitive analysis and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while seeking innovative ways to improve customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Several years of sales experience; familiarity with the digital textile and graphics markets is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills; excellent communication abilities.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel approximately 4-5 days per week, including occasional international travel for training and meetings.
