Our company has a diverse collection of global customers, and we are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to maximize sales volume and gross margin across all digital ink product lines in Spain and Portugal.

The Role

  • Build strong relationships with high-value clients to understand their needs and align them with product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and internal stakeholders to create multiple touchpoints with clients.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory coverage plan to efficiently manage all accounts and prospects.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of key accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Forecast sales and prepare an annual sales budget for products within the territory.
  • Participate in exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.
  • Provide monthly activity reports to management, including competitive analysis and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while seeking innovative ways to improve customer service.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of sales experience; familiarity with the digital textile and graphics markets is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills; excellent communication abilities.
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 4-5 days per week, including occasional international travel for training and meetings.
