About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our Italian Field Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers across Europe, ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide site support with maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and support with new projects.
  • Manage installations, providing service and visit reports, and technical support for all our machinery within your responsibilities.
  • Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and the cleaning of the machinery.
  • Work with our aftermarket team to implement aftermarket activities such as services, promotion, and CRM.
  • Identify sales opportunities and pass this information onto our Sales Manager swiftly.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in machine servicing within food processing plants.
  • Mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering expertise.
  • PLC knowledge of Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley is a huge plus.
  • BTS maintenance industrielle.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Office.
  • Excellent Italian and English language skills (Fluent Italian is a must).
