Job Title: Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Minacs, you will be responsible for leading a high-functioning inside sales team to drive sales conversations and meet team targets. Your key responsibilities will include building and motivating the team, leading and coaching team members through strong call coaching, and documenting coaching outcomes and agreed next actions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations.
* Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls.
* Lead team to meet and exceed team targets.
* Document coaching outcomes and agreed next actions.
* Accurately assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans.
* Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity and accuracy.

Requirements:

* Native or proficient in English.
* 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
* Experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment preferred.
* Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required.
* Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.
* Fundamentals certification required.
* Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.
* Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology.
* Bachelor's degree required; major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering.
* Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
* Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.
