We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Malaga. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-functioning inside sales team to drive sales conversations and meet team targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and motivate a high-performing inside sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching and sales strategy development.
  • Design and implement sales targets and productivity plans aligned with market trends.
  • Assess team capability and build talent pipelines to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement coaching outcomes and agreed next actions.
Requirements:
  • 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
  • Native or proficient in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
