Are you a sales professional looking to grow and be inspired? We're a global technology and services leader that powers the brands of the future. Our team of game-changers is powering the tech industry, and we're looking for a Sales Manager to join us in Malaga.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and motivate a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations.
- Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls.
- Lead the team to meet and exceed team targets.
- Document coaching outcomes and agreed next actions.
- Assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans.
- Drive operational excellence of key center metrics, including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity, and accuracy.
- Have meaningful career development discussions and ensure all employees have a development plan in place focused on building capability for current and future roles.
- Assess team capability and build talent pipelines where needed.
- Native or proficient in English.
- 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
- Experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment preferred.
- Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.
- Fundamentals certification required.
- Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.
- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.
- Bachelor's degree required; major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
