Sales Manager - Cloud Solutions Experience

Are you a sales professional looking to grow and be inspired? We're a global technology and services leader that powers the brands of the future. Our team of game-changers is powering the tech industry, and we're looking for a Sales Manager to join us in Malaga.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and motivate a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations.
  • Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls.
  • Lead the team to meet and exceed team targets.
  • Document coaching outcomes and agreed next actions.
  • Assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans.
  • Drive operational excellence of key center metrics, including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity, and accuracy.
  • Have meaningful career development discussions and ensure all employees have a development plan in place focused on building capability for current and future roles.
  • Assess team capability and build talent pipelines where needed.
Requirements:
  • Native or proficient in English.
  • 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
  • Experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.
  • Fundamentals certification required.
  • Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.
  • Bachelor's degree required; major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
