Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Director at Coffee King, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities from medium to large corporate customers across various sectors. Your primary goal will be to increase the number of new clients and work towards delivering new monthly margin.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of B2B solution-selling to medium and enterprise customers
  • Ability to detect, drive, and deliver new opportunities to the company
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Target-driven sales professional with a solid understanding of commercial acumen

How to Succeed:

  • Develop a position of trust and confidence with your new client base
  • Manage the CRM element of the client engagement, building and reporting on the sales pipeline
  • Report on the successes and results of the engagement/pipeline and activity on a weekly basis

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prospecting by self-driven lead generation activities
  • Develop customer enquiries and convert to new business sales
  • Represent the company at industry events and build sales from enquiries and interested parties
