Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and shaping opportunities for our continued growth within our European territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve account portfolio financial goals
  • Achieve account portfolio relationship building goals
  • Grow market share of existing service lines
  • Optimize new service line launch
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers
  • Develop and execute account plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Provide comprehensive intelligence on key competitors

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant client-facing experience selling services directly to the pharmaceutical and biotech sector
  • RWD/RWE and outcomes research knowledge and sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable discussing Real-world data, clinical trial and research concepts with Biopharma customers and physician stakeholders
  • Public health, industry, life sciences background and experience
  • Working knowledge of analytics and modeling
  • Strategic thinker with ability to identify client needs
  • Resourceful networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Executive presence with successful presentation and communication capabilities
