Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and shaping opportunities for our continued growth within our European territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve account portfolio financial goals
- Achieve account portfolio relationship building goals
- Grow market share of existing service lines
- Optimize new service line launch
- Identify and build relationships with key decision makers
- Develop and execute account plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide comprehensive intelligence on key competitors
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant client-facing experience selling services directly to the pharmaceutical and biotech sector
- RWD/RWE and outcomes research knowledge and sales experience preferred
- Comfortable discussing Real-world data, clinical trial and research concepts with Biopharma customers and physician stakeholders
- Public health, industry, life sciences background and experience
- Working knowledge of analytics and modeling
- Strategic thinker with ability to identify client needs
- Resourceful networking skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Executive presence with successful presentation and communication capabilities
