Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at atwork corporate AG. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer support, consulting, or account management, with a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our sales managers to ensure seamless handovers and drive long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of customer care and implementation processes
- Driving success for customers through product recommendations and feature adoption
- Guiding customers throughout their journey
- Collecting feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Providing first-line technical support and escalating issues when necessary
- Identifying opportunities for improved customer support
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
- A permanent contract
- Flexible working hours, including Fridays off at 3 pm and reduced hours in summer
- 25 days of paid leave per year and 2 additional days of absence of your choice
- 1 additional week's salary/holidays per 3 years of employment
- Learning budget and learning hours for professional development
- Regular team events and company-wide meetings
