Junior Digital Marketing Manager

**Your mission**:

- You will support in the creation of campaigns with the goal of lead generation and lead nurturing using marketing automation
- You will analyze, control, monitor, and report our marketing measures. For this purpose, you use tracking and analytics tools.
- You will support in the creation of targeted designs for ad creatives, social media posts, and slide decks (with the use of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc)
- You will help manage freelancers for design, content, and web development
- You will collaborate closely with other departments (especially Sales, Customer Success Management, and Product Development)

Spain - Santander/ Barcelona / Madrid / Remote

**Your profile**:

- Completed further or higher education in marketing (B.Sc. / M. Sc.), ideally with a focus on digital marketing
- 2+ years of experience in online marketing and lead gen campaigns - ideally in B2B enterprise software in the international market
- Innovative, create mindset with a flair for new trends
- You are a team player and are eager to work with your teammates on multiple tasks simultaneously LanguaglLanguages:

- Native in Spanish
- Professional in English
- Professional In German is a plus

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Hotjar, etc.) to measure KPIs and optimize marketing actions are a plus
- Experience in creating and optimizing paid digital campaigns (Google ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, etc.) are a plus
