Position Overview

The Senior Nordic Territory Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth within a designated sales territory. This involves managing and developing a pipeline of sales opportunities through lead generation, account management, and strategic relationship building.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be fluent in English and any Nordic language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and pursue high-value sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development and Field-Based Executives, to ensure smooth sales processes
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify business needs and tailor Autodesk solutions accordingly
  • Drive billings forecasting and provide accurate updates to sales managers
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably within the technology industry
  • Polished professionalism with excellent organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Fluency in English and any Nordic language

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package, including base pay and discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
