About the Role:
Cpl is partnered with a new and exciting player within the Renewable Energy / Solar market. This position is for a Country Sales Director of Spain for a Solar Distributor that covers wholesale renewable energy and energy efficiency products (such as panels, batteries, and inverters) to residential installers, commercial installers, and EPCs/Utility Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion into Spain and manage a team of Sales Managers.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the renewable energy or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
