Dutch and English Customer Service Specialist for Automotive Industry

About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious, service-oriented, and team-oriented individual to join our Contact Center Team as a Dutch and English speaker.

This position is ideal for motivated, communicative, and analytical individuals who can build rapport with customers. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for conducting follow-up calls with customers, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address customer concerns, questions, and issues during follow-up calls.
  • Gather feedback on the overall customer experience and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-up activities and customer interactions.
  • Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Bilingual or native in Dutch with excellent English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus.
