**About Amazon Web Services (AWS)**

AWS is revolutionizing the IT industry with unprecedented growth and innovation. As a Scale Partner Development Representative within AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), you will be at the forefront of driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small- to enterprise-level customers.

**Job Summary:**

This role requires expert influential leadership across multiple technology stacks, nurturing and developing a large number of partners across EMEA. You will drive high-visibility AWS Partner initiatives that directly impact customer experience and partner community performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Optimize and innovate ways of onboarding and managing Consulting Partners, including Systems Integrators, Business Consulting, and Managed Services Providers transitioning to the cloud.

2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop partner strategies and processes.

3. Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to establish detailed metrics.

4. Coordinate strategic, cross-functional deep dives and impact assessments against business-critical issues.

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary estimated around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
