Senior Agency Development Manager, Amazon Advertising Global Sales

Role Overview
As a Senior Agency Development Manager at Amazon Advertising, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing adoption of Amazon Ads solutions among our largest agency customers. You will work closely with senior-level executives at these agencies to develop and execute strategic plans that meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate Amazon Advertising revenue growth through strategic partnerships and education initiatives
- Develop and execute plans to increase adoption of Amazon Ads solutions among agency customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency executives and key decision-makers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media buying or selling, with a focus on connected TV, linear TV, or video strategies
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing adoption of new technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level executives
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex plans
