Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy to C-Level, SVP/VP-Level, and influencers/decision makers within the agency.
  • Create and execute cross-team project plans to drive growth and adoption of Amazon Advertising solutions.
  • Design commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions, with a focus on video-centric solutions.
  • Lead education and enablement of key agency functions, including delivery of training, roadshows, summits, and other agency-wide events.

As an Agency Development Manager, you will play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell through Amazon-focused ideas to their clients. You will be accountable for advertiser growth via strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with IT media agencies.

  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in operating at all levels of matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and agency clients.
  • Comfort with complex data sets and ability to invent and simplify for customers.
