About the Role:
The Corporate Cash Service Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to corporate clients within RTM Corporate Bank, maintaining accounts and products in a team-coordinated manner. This involves leveraging corporate cash service teams in other countries and utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform product setup activities, including technical onboarding, and coordinate these activities in foreign countries.
- Provide excellent service to clients and monitor their digitalization.
- Coordinate the flow of documentation to and from clients, collect and verify client information, and channel it to relevant teams for end-to-end execution.
- Show ownership of requests received and adhere to established Corp Cash Service KPIs.
- Propose process efficiencies and liaise with respective teams to implement process improvements.
About You:
We seek a talented and committed individual with knowledge of cash management products and experience in customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, are essential. A bachelor's degree in finance, technology, or engineering is valued, as are excellent skills in data mining, AI, and process management. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required, with other languages an asset. Teamwork is a must, and we seek individuals who can work in a coordinated, respectful manner within a diverse team.
