Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts according to the LCSP (Healthcare sector) standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and managing contract templates regarding medical affairs interactions.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the L&C department to improve and streamline contracts.
- Negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution, supply, loan, rental, marketing, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
- Managing service agreements with suppliers or third parties.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a Master's degree in Corporate/Commercial Law.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Significant experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector.
- Expertise in developing efficient contract templates, playbooks, and standard documents.
