What We Do
We provide a comprehensive solution for companies to manage their business travel needs. This includes performing user base and account set-up updates, coordinating with internal stakeholders and hotel suppliers, and leading tasks that require expertise in our platform's functionalities. Our team works together in person three days a week, promoting connectivity, productivity, and creativity.
Your Role
As a Corporate Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for corporate rates of our customers, consulting, loading, and troubleshooting. You'll lead communication regarding corporate rates with hotels and provide this service to our clients. Additionally, you'll support your team lead with feedback and ideas on improving processes and team effectiveness. You'll also become an expert in our platform's functionalities and back-end features required to set up an account.
Requirements
We're looking for a team player with intermediate Excel skills, a proactive approach to processes and projects, and project management experience.
