About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team at Leadtech Group. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our company's corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a communications strategy that enhances our brand awareness, attracts and retains talent, and promotes new job vacancies.
- Manage all social media aspects of our main channels, including community management, content creation, and content calendars.
- Develop and coordinate internal communication actions, such as newsletters, emails, intranet content, and company website updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results that elevate our brand.

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience as a corporate communications specialist.
- Hands-on experience in content management, corporate communications, and storytelling.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to ideate, plan, and deliver creative, engaging content.
- Excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills.
