Job Title: Communications Specialist

Join Bunge, a leading agribusiness and food company, as a Communications Specialist to play a key role in executing our integrated corporate communications program.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to work closely with our communications team in Europe and Asia to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content editorial calendar to drive engagement across Europe and Asia.
  • Collaborate with business units and functions to build relationships and facilitate message alignment across countries and the company.
  • Create and maintain materials to support local managers in their community and industry affairs efforts.
  • Monitor key communications channels to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years' work experience in communications, preferably in corporate communications or an agency environment.
  • Experience in agriculture or food-related industry preferred.
  • English native speaker preferred, with the ability to speak other languages a plus.
  • Proven excellent written communications skills, with the ability to develop compelling content for media outlets and respond to media inquiries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with web and intranet content management systems, with the ability to take photos, do basic photo editing, and record video for editorial purposes.
  • Attention to detail, along with a creative mindset and innovative approach.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with diverse target audiences and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to problem solve, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
