About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at Leadtech. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy that aligns with our company's vision and mission
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute internal and external communications campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital communications trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with social media management tools and platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
