Job Description

As a Corporate Communications Specialist at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the internal communication strategy, creating engaging content for various channels within Microsoft 365, and ensuring that the company's strategic goals and key information reach all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication plan to inform and engage employees.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to design joint initiatives and promote HR programs.
  • Prepare and publish regular communications, such as a weekly newsletter or corporate announcements, and organize internal events for the team.
  • Design communication plans for specific initiatives, creating visual content and defining key channels and audiences.
  • Plan and define external communication strategies.
  • Work closely with Marketing and HR teams to ensure multichannel consistency.
  • Manage media relations and prepare communication materials.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Corporate Communication or Communication Management is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience leading communication teams or departments.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in communication with senior management and high-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
