About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team at Leadtech. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our company's corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a communications strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage all social media aspects of our main channels, including community management, content creation, and coordination of creative pieces.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute internal communication actions, such as content for newsletters, emails, intranet, and the company website.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign progress to improve and evolve our communications strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful internal/external campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the business by taking on cross-functional tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a corporate communications specialist.
  • Hands-on experience in content management, corporate communications, and storytelling.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to ideate, plan, and deliver creative, engaging content.
  • Excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with different teams and showing tangible results in reports.
